For better support, the hotline assistant is able to establish a connection to your computer, which requires your permission. Once the connection is established, you may disconnect at any time.

Citrix GotoAssist Security
The tool GoToAssist has been developed by Citrix. In order to use the product, you must have internet access. The tool may be used for chat, for sharing the screen, for sending files/folders between two PC's etc. Data is encrypted and sent via a secure connection.
